Samsung prepares this export after you request it. Keep all four ZIP files together and save the password Samsung sends separately.

Request and download the files
- Open Samsung Privacy.Sign in with the Samsung account used for Samsung Health.
- Start a personal-data request.Select Samsung Health when Samsung asks which service data you want.
- Wait for Samsung to prepare it.This commonly takes two to three days. Samsung will notify you when the request is complete.
- Download all four ZIP files.Keep them together in Files on your iPhone. Do not extract or rename them before opening HealthTransfer.

Find your ZIP password
- Open the completed request.Return to the finished Samsung Privacy request you downloaded.
- Choose “Send my file password.”Samsung sends the password to the email address associated with your Samsung account.
- Keep the password private.Enter it only inside HealthTransfer. HealthTransfer stores and processes it locally on your iPhone.
