This is the quickest export route. Samsung Health creates a folder or ZIP containing your available health history and detail files.

Create the export
- Open Samsung Health on your Samsung phone.Make sure it is using the account whose history you want to move.
- Open Samsung Health settings.Find the option named “Download personal data.” Menu wording can vary by app version.
- Confirm the download.Let Samsung Health finish creating the export before closing or moving its files.
- Move the complete export to your iPhone.Use a private transfer method and save the folder or ZIP in the Files app.
- Select it in HealthTransfer.Choose the complete export rather than individual CSV files whenever possible.
Avoid editing, renaming or deleting files inside the export. HealthTransfer reads the supported files locally and never uploads your health records.
